I have 30+ years’ experience successfully marketing for national and regional brands in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments. After selling Adamson Advertising (which was the largest independent agency in St. Louis) to Barkley and Partners, I now focus on working with business owners and C-Suite execs to take a more strategic and measurable approach to their sales and marketing efforts.
Over the years, I have established strong relationships with clients by becoming a valued resource to business owners and C Suite execs. I have been a partner with the sales and marketing team of the St. Louis Baseball Cardinals for 30 years now, identifying strategic opportunities to grow their sales. For over 20 years I worked with Popeye’s where my over 40 markets consistently beat the system’s sales performance. I worked for nearly 20 years with two of the region’s largest automotive families and home improvement companies. I also created a powerful brand for On The Run convenience stores who competed directly with large national chains with significantly larger budgets and outperformed the competition in sales.
Other notable brands that achieved great success includes Earth’s Best Baby Food who overtook Gerber in the organic baby food category with about one-tenth of their budget. Save A Lot, the nation’s 5th largest grocery chain had their best sales performance in the company’s history while working me and my team. More recently, I have been working with business owners in the B2B space helping them adopt to the changing buying patterns of today's B2B buyers. Research shows that it takes 6-10 "Touches" prior to making a sale and that there is an average of 6.8 people involved in the decision making process.
